Reservations

We ask that all reservations be made in advance by calling (403) 930-5959 to ensure your treatment choice and time. Please indicate your preference for a male or female therapist and any medical condition you may have. Appointments must be held with a valid major credit card. The minimum age for spa services is sixteen.

Payment and Cancellations

Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, Santé Spa gift card, or folio charge to your hotel room. We regret that cash is not accepted. No shows and appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged for the full price of the treatments booked.

Before and After

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, please go to our self-serve kiosk, which will guide you through the check-in process and ask you to complete a Health History Form. In treatment room changing facilities are provided. Coming soon, spa guests will be welcome to use the hotel fitness area, infrared saunas and showers, also located on the SPA 2 level following their services (please note that these amenities are currently under construction).

To assure that you receive your full service, please be prompt with your arrival. Valuables should not be brought to the spa. Santé Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

Parking

Valet parking and self parking is available at Hotel Le Germain. Entrance for self parking is located off 9th Ave. SW, immediately before the hotel entrance.

Policies

Prices are subject to GST. Couples treatments are priced per couple, based on two guests receiving the same services. Prices and spa experiences may change without notice. Gratuities are customary at your discretion. Promotions may be subject to blackout periods. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Due to allergy concerns, outside food is not permitted in the spa.
